Role Overview
The Content Creator will play a key role in generating ideas, creating visuals, and executing content strategies across social media and digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to bring creative concepts to life through visuals, reels, and storytelling that reflect each brand’s voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate fresh, creative ideas for campaigns, social content, and brand storytelling
- Execute content plans from concept to delivery — visuals, reels, and captions
- Design engaging visuals, stories, and layouts that align with brand identity
- Create and edit short-form videos and reels that capture audience attention
- Write catchy, clear, and brand-aligned captions for social media posts
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to build and maintain content calendars
- Stay up to date with trends, social media updates, and emerging formats
- Take initiative to propose new content ideas, formats, and creative directions
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on results
- Manage posting schedules and publish content across social media platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Media, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
- Experience in short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)
- Deep understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and visual storytelling
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing projects independently
- Strong sense of ownership — from idea to execution
